Not something I ever thought I'd be writing... As of next week I will be working from
Unfortunately due to high rent rates myself and Ruth are having to part ways, though Ruth will still be on Foyle Street for a little while longer.

I wasn't expecting to be moved till the end of the month but I have a busy month ahead with personal plans so I am hopefully going to be moved in and ready to see you all from Wednesday 15th Nov onwards.

Ruth and I have worked together for what feels like forever and still remain like family. I've known about this news for a little while but honestly it has depressed me a little knowing I won't see her and nana most days which is why I haven't shared this sooner.

Performance Fitness has provided a lovely spacious room for me to work from, with plenty free parking and a welcoming atmosphere so please don't be afraid to pop your head in and have a nosey!
