😋This delicious Dahl dish is from a small northern city called Moradabad.
👉🏻The Moradabadi Dahl is the fabled brainchild of an innovative cook, who accidentally invented this slow-cooked mung dal delicacy when asked to prepare a light and flavourful dal for Prince Murad Baksh in 1625.

⭐️At Doosra our Dahl is cooked with garlic, ginger & coriander leaf. The mung dahl is then topped with fruity chaat & citrus notes, topped, finished with fresh red onion, tomatoes & coriander leaves.
