Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting an evening in collaboration with Nyetimber, celebrating their exceptional collection of sparkling wines. The event featured an elegant four-course tasting menu, thoughtfully curated to perfectly complement each of Nyetimber’s wines, enhancing the unique flavors and characteristics of every sip. 🥂

Thanks to the incredible Zoe from Nyetimber for making this event happen and talented Chef Jayden for making the dishes so special. 😊

We’ve got some great highlights from the night, including shots of the delicious food and our lovely guests.🩵

Golden and crispy on the outside, warm and gooey brie on the inside, on top of a tangy cranberry sauce- the ultimate comfort food on a rainy day ☺️
