A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and charismatic Retail Sales Adviser to join our team . Working in a family run V**e Shop “High Voltage” in Carshalton Beeches .

This role is Full time , 40-42 hours per week . £10-£12 per hour

High Voltage is the one stop v**e shop , established in 2014 . Specialising in assisting, advising and supporting those beginning va**ng and those that are already smoke free .
High Voltage is renowned for its personal approach and high level of customer service, we pride ourselves on understanding a customers needs and thus providing them with exactly what “they” need.
It can often be a challenge to get the information we need inside the small window of time we have to offer our help , so someone efficient ,quick thinking with good questioning and listening skills is essential . We work face to face with our customers so a polite , patient , friendly outgoing person would suit .
Due to the large amount of products we stock it would be beneficial that a fast learning, organised individual with an interest in Va**ng should apply .
It is also imperative that the applicant is punctual and reliable as we are a small team and rely on each other .

As a sales advisor your main responsibilities will include :

Offering the very best customer service.
Providing customers with an outstanding memorable experience.
Carrying out customer consultations to ensure customers purchase the correct products for them.
Accurately processing sales through the Epos system.
Demonstrating how products work , product care , maintenance and warranty information.
Show excellent product knowledge in order to troubleshoot issues and to resolve where needed.
Accepting deliveries and processing stock .
Assisting in the day to day running of the store .

It would be an advantage if you have all or some of the following:

Sales experience in a customer facing role
Good numeracy skills
Fantastic sales approach
Va**ng knowledge
Self-Motivated, shows initiative , confident and a strong team player.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritising workloads.
An understanding of social media.
Experience using an Epos System.
Driving licence

The successful Sales Advisor will benefit from excellent staff discounts, 28 days holiday, Uniform, Training and all the support you need to be successful in your new role .
