The draft designs for one of our most recent projects in Cheam have now been finished and forwarded to our client for review.
This is our client's first project of this type, and they, like others, were concerned about budget and the potential cost of the project.
With this in mind, we not presented three draft layout ideas to give them a sense of what was achievable based on their criteria, but we also engaged with one of our partner contractors to provide them with a provisional costing to help aid their decision moving forward.

Another draft design for a project in Sutton, Surrey, has been accepted by our customer and is ready to be submitted to 's planning department.
Following the demolition of the existing conservatory and attached garage, this project calls for the building of a replacement single-story side and rear expansion.
Rather than merely posting the final plans accepted by our customer, we opted to show all of the draft plans we made because it is not always possible to have a plan agreed upon the first time.

Newly granted Certificate of Lawful Development from The London Borough of Sutton Council, for a hip-to-gable loft conversion, with the formation of a rear-facing dormer in Carshalton, Surrey.
Like with many loft conversions, the client wanted to add that all-important 4th bedroom and en-suite. We kept the design simple but utilizing all the available space, without compromising on the existing first-floor layout and reducing the size of the smaller 3rd bedroom.

Laguna Village, located in Estepona, Spain, is a popular resort complex known for its beach club featuring a large swimming pool, chill-out music, and sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach.
Unfortunately, the complex was completely destroyed in a devastating fire in August 2020.
Following this, the PachΓ‘ group and G*T investors have collaborated to construct a new 25-million-euro retail and entertainment complex, known as Laguna Village 2.0. The new groundwork for this development was laid on July 15th, 2022.
After a recent trip in September, during which we visited the site, we were left speechless. As frequent visitors to Estepona and former guests of the original Laguna Village, we were amazed by the breathtaking architecture and stunning design, even at this early stage. We didn't want to miss the chance to witness this unique opportunity.
