Kelly Louise-Thomas
Sales Progressor
Kelly has always had a passion for the property industry and home improvements. Kelly Joined Peter Alan 5 years ago and started her journey at the Neath branch as a sales negotiator, she was then promoted to Sales Progressor and then further to a Senior Sales Progressor. Her current role is to liaise between purchasers, vendors and both parties solicitors from the point of offer acceptance through to exchange and completion. This can be a very challenging role but also incredibly rewarding to see everyone over the finish line. Kelly is family orientated, enjoys the gym and spending quality time with her partner and friends outside of work.

Meet the team day 6:

Matthew Jones
Mortgage Services Consultant
Matthew has 10 years’ experience within the mortgage services business. All offers into the branch are qualified by Matthew so we know that your buyers are in the best position. At the same time Matthew can source the best deal for buyers and sellers with exclusive and semi-exclusive deals available within the Peter Alan group. Matthew is also able to assist home movers with a great ‘Cost of Moving’ exercise as well as a fantastic ‘HomeFinder’ service available to all. Matthew is polite, friendly and very approachable. In his spare time he enjoys shooting and spending time with his family.

Day 5:

Nicole Bell-McTiernan
Sales Negotiator
Nicole is the newest member of the sales team in Peter Alan Swansea. Joining the team in 2022. Nicole has recently graduated with a BA HONS degree in Criminal Investigation and Policing but has decided to further develop a career in Estate Agency. Nicole was successful amongst a high amount of candidates who applied for the position. Her enthusiasm, manner, customer service and attention to detail are some of her top qualities which are assisting her to progress. Nicole has taken to her role exceptionally well. Nicole has settled with her partner in Swansea and enjoys visiting her family in Lincolnshire in her free time.

Day four of meeting our team:

Gwynfor Parr
Sales Negotiator
Gwynfor started his career with Peter Alan in 2021 in the Morriston branch employed by Jade. Gwyn has a great deal of customer service and sales experience under his belt from previous employment which has aided him pursuing his dream career in property. Gwynfor and Jade built a great working relationship and with Jade’s training and guidance has taken a bigger opportunity and moved to the Swansea branch to support Jade. In his free time he enjoys watching rugby and spending time working on his property.
Gwyn loves a chat is very friendly, offers great customer service and is always a positive energy to be around.

Billie-Jo Barrow
Sales Negotiator
Billie-Jo started her career as a sales negotiator in 2021 in the Swansea Branch. She has a vast knowledge of sales and customer service from previous employment. Billie brings this experience when communicating and engaging with both buyers and sellers.
Billie-Jo Is a friendly and approachable individual who has excellent rapport with her clients daily and also enjoys taking them through the full sales process from start to finish as she has experienced it herself.
In Billie-Jo’s spare time she loves fitness training and playing netball, she also enjoys taking her dog for walks.

Lewis McCormick
Sales Negotiator
Lewis started his career in the Swansea branch in 2019 as a sales negotiator. After spending 5 years in a customer service role he has always had a passion assisting people and providing them with top quality service. Lewis enjoys getting to know people while getting them on the property ladder. In Lewis’ spare time you may see him down Swansea Marina walking his dog Willow. Lewis is keen to progress in Peter Alan and has started to flourish in further training programmes designed to assist him with this. Lewis thoroughly enjoys working with the people of Swansea and with his Peter Alan network.

Jade Davies
Sales Manager
Jade started her career with Peter Alan as a sales negotiator in the Bridgend branch her home town in January 2018. Jade swiftly progressed to a Sales Valuer and with this moved to the Maesteg branch. Jade has also had the experience of valuing a wide range of homes in various areas which Peter Alan cover. An opportunity arose to manage the Morriston branch which is a branch Jade has also had previous experience. From her time with Peter Alan and from stepping on the property ladder herself at a young age Jade knows how important buying and selling a home is. Jade has a very keen eye for detail in a person(s) requirements and criteria to be able to match them to Peter Alan’s services and properties. Jade prides herself on rapport building, positivity and her dedication to her customers, she goes above and beyond to ensure all are fully equipped with the knowledge and materials they need for their selling and buying process. Jade had a very successful time in Morriston and grew the branch and its team in her time there. Jade then took another challenge in the Swansea branch and is now settled as the Sales Manager in a flagship branch. Jade thrives on knowing she can offer any buyers or sellers a start to finish service. Jade has a young family and in her free time they keep her just as busy as she is in work.
