I collected some flowers from the garden and put them in the flower press for a couple of days until they were ready, added a piece of pottery and driftwood from the beach and now it's ready for a new home!

Well it's been a long time since I've posted on here, time is flying by!
Just a quick glimpse of what I've been up to lately, while touring around Scotland last month I responsibly collected some seaweed, pressed it and these are the results, not bad for my first attempt 😁

Unfortunately due to a family medical emergency I was unable to attend the craft fair at the wetlands yesterday, but I'm here today!

It won't be long before the Christmas tree 🌲will be decorated, get those baubles down from attic that you've had for years....or how about some unique baubles with a beach theme? These set of 4 baubles filled with shells, seaglass, driftwood and maybe the odd mermaids purse collected from Gower beaches come in a presentation box and are just £15.00.

This evening I visited Three Cliffs Bay Campsite with my crafts and met with Tom Beynon, he liked what he saw, especially my photographs. Hopefully they will be stocking some of my handmade gifts soon. I had a little wander around the site which has amazing views of Three Cliffs Bay. Here are some of the photos I took this evening.

Many hours were spent digging through the shingle on Caswell Bay looking for these tiny pieces and another few hours making the multi-coloured heart. ❤

This is a unique seafoam coloured piece of seaglass I found on a Gower beach which I have made into a pretty pendant. It comes on a 16" black cord necklace which also has a 2" extension chain and lobster clasp. Black patterned presentation box makes it an ideal gift for Mother's Day. It's just 2 weeks to Mother's Day, so every day I will be listing something unique for you to purchase to show how much you love and appreciate her. I'll start with this unusual picture made from bottle necks I've found! It measures 19 x 14 cms in a distressed black frame, with the wording "Aged to perfection". £10.

Last Wednesday's haul from Knab Rock, Mumbles. Lots of back breaking digging needed to find these!

An early walk this morning on Crumlin Burrows beach with Megan, Sami & Charlie and met up with Claire, Aldo & Harley. 🐶
Not a huge amount of seaglass this time, but we had a lovely couple of hours in the sunshine. 🌞

When I found this piece of blue seaglass yesterday I was very happy. My first blue 💙 and such a perfect shape, I had to make a pendant. Unfortunately, it's not for sale, I just had to keep it for myself, but I do have some for sale...phots later!

Seeing as it was such a lovely day, after dog training with Sami this morning we went for a nice relaxing stroll on the beach. We had the whole huge beach to ourselves and found some nice pieces of seaglass and pottery. 😁

I met a fellow seaglass enthusiast Claire and her gorgeous dogs Aldo and Harley today. She took me to a part of Swansea beach that I've not been to before, Crumlin Burrows. The dogs explored and we searched and found some lovely pieces.😁

The sands have shifted on Swansea beach and my usual seaglass spot has gone, but...just found this huge beauty! 😯

Yay!! At last a dry walk, but absolutely freezing. 😨 Went to the far end of Swansea beach. Lots of driftwood and some pretty shells. 🐚 Also found the biggest mermaids purse ever! Also something older than me, a vulcanite bottle stopper. 😁

At last a dry(ish) day so took the boys to Langland. First time looking for seaglass on this beach and although the quantity wasn't great, the quality was good. Some of these pieces will be going into my 'specials' box to keep. 😁

The rain stopped so we headed to Caswell, windy and big waves, no-one in the sea, but lots of people and dogs enjoying the beach. Found some nice pieces of seaglass, all washed and ready to use to for....we'll see!
