Baby I’m back!!!…… apologies in advance for the long post!!! Bare with 😂 I’ve not been around for a long old time! A few things have changed for me recently…… due to health reasons I’ve not been caking much and that’s also the reason I’ve now moved house to a complete new area to be closer to family…… it’s been a long old slog but I think I’m getting there!!……. Sooooo!! Lots of big news!……. Cakes and bakes and everything that goes with it is my focus now, so hopefully you’ll be getting some regular updates…… please 🙏 come find me on Etsy for postal edible cake toppers and I’ve now also got postal brownies and cookies, along with a lot more products coming as time goes on so keep checking my page! …….. the BIG news is you can now find me on TikTok 😬😂 …… it’s a big one for me as anyone who knows me on here will know I even avoid pictures so this is going to be pretty ambitious of me!….. you can also buy my goodies from my TikTok shop! A birthday cake for a special lady!……. Rich chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate buttercream, covered with a dark navy vanilla buttercream with gold accents…….. I’ve never been a lover of gold things but I just can’t help using it on my cakes! I just love the effect it gives……..Happy Birthday !!

Just the one Mother’s Day order this year…… because of recent health issues I was unable to make a big thing of Mother’s Day. It’s normally one of my biggest days of the year but just did the one request this time……these were requested by such a lovely lady that is a returning customer time and again……. Definitely makes me enjoy the work I do even more when I know that customers are pleased with their orders! ❤️❤️

It’s been a loooong while since I’ve posted!!!……. With the busyness of Christmas, my other full time job, my daughters wedding and then a couple of health issues I just haven’t had the time!……. But!!!! I am doing my best to start again 🤞 ……. So, a cheesecake to start!…… as it’s Easter it’s got to be some chocolatey egg cheesecakes!….. now available to grab a slice at ……. A choice of a gooey Cadbury’s creme egg cheesecake or a scrumptious mini egg cheesecake…… get one while you can!!!!

I had the honour of making this Harry Potter inspired cake. Not my design, but something that was requested by the bride. Bottom tier was chocolate filled with rich chocolate buttercream, top tier coffee filled with coffee buttercream.………. I delivered and set up in Humle Hall in the most stunning area of Port Sunlight on the Wirral, Merseyside……. I totally recommend if you get the opportunity to visit, do it!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
