The Performance Factory Management

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of our beloved TPF Music School Tutor and good friend, Robert Jenkins (RCJ).

Rob, and Sue Perkins have run The Performance Factory Music School for almost a decade. Nurturing hundreds of students in that time and providing them with skills for life. As well as teaching hundreds of children and adults how to play the piano and keyboard, Rob had been Musical Director of pantomime in Llanelli for over 40 years, (working closly alongside me for the past 17 years) In that time RCJ played a fundamental role in shaping Friendship Theatre Group into what it is today.

In addition to this, Rob was an examiner for the London College of Music and a former Senior Instructor for Yamaha UK’s education division. He produced all the Piano/Keyboard, Guitar, and Vocal Course publications for the UK and European markets.

Rob’s mild manner, guidance and support for The Performance Factory Music School students will be greatly missed. However, his legacy will live on in many of us forever. The lives of those of us that had the pleasure to know him, will never quite be the same again.

On behalf of all our TPF staff and families that knew Rob, I would like to say ‘Rest In Peace’ our dear friend and mentor. You will sadly missed but so fondly remembered ❤️ DV TPF Principal.

We are excited to announce that we will be RELAUNCHING TPF MANAGEMENT in September 2024. From September, the talent agency will once again be able to offer our talented students the opportunity to audition for professional roles in theatre, tv, film and commercial productions. More information will be released during the summer break.🧡
