Here’s our opening hours over Xmas & New Year.

Xmas & New Years Eve, our last tables are at 6.30pm.

Xmas Eve we are fully booked from 5.15pm, with very limited availability between 12pm-5pm. You can check out available time slots on our booking system.

We will be closed Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day & January 2nd so our fantastic staff can enjoy time with family & friends. Back open from 3rd of January as normal.

Here it is guys our new Swansea premises. Opening on Wednesday 15th November.

We would like to say a huge thank you for all the people and our amazing team who have helped us with the MAMMOTH size move we’ve had to carry out this week, it’s taken us double the amount of time we thought it would be (pics in comments). Huge shout out to all the companies that have worked day and night to get the building ready for our opening date, we still have a hard 4 days ahead of us but we know it will all be worth it in the end.

But most of all thank you to all our customers for baring with us whilst we carry out our move. Only 3 more days until we will be back in the kitchen firing up our smokers.

We’re moving premises 🥳

Sunday 5th of November will be our last day of trading at Castle Gardens. But don’t worry we’re only moving a few streets away and will be back open on WEDNESDAY 15th as normal.

IMPORTANT:
Existing bookings will be contacted & transferred over to the new premises in Swansea.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all our customers old & new for your continued support over the past year. Without your support this move wouldn’t be possible.

The pressure really was on opening a premises in Swansea city centre. It’s packed full of good quality food establishments and to open a restaurant slap bang in the middle of many well established national chains was a little daunting. But we’ve always been confident in our product, being more than up for the challenge and what obstacles it would throw our way.

But due to the building being redeveloped by the landlord we had to act quickly. As soon as we saw a very well known venue become vacant it was imperative that we jumped on the opportunity.

Huge shout out to our fantastic team, who work their socks off on a daily basis and really do go above and beyond in their job roles. Again we couldn’t make this move possible without you guys 💛

Now it’s time to crack on with the last few days we have at Castle Gardens and gear up for some exciting announcements over the next week that we can’t wait to share with you 🤩

Burgers are on of our most popular dishes, we’re pretty sure it’s because our customers know that we only use the freshest ingredients. Using the best cuts of meat, delivered in fresh daily, each patty is individually weighed, rolled and pressed every morning. Yesterday alone we went through a mammoth 20kg of fresh beef mince in just one day.

FYI the below burger is our almighty whole hog burger, 9oz of fresh beef patties, layered with American cheese, topped off with our 2 hour smoked sausage and 12 hour smoked pulled pork.

WHY EAT WITH US……..because we ONLY used the freshest ingredients and we’re very proud to say we use EXACTLY the same cooking methods and smokers that are used in the USA. As you can imagine we get a lot of American customers visiting us and it’s a very proud moment when we’re repeatedly told it’s like eating back home. Feedback like that is why we do what we do, because cooking AUTHENTIC American food is our only goal. We can’t wait to show you our new menu coming very soon!!

💔😢 ROOFTOP TERRACE CLOSED 😢💔

It’s only been open for a few months but sadly we’ve made the decision to close the rooftop terrace for the foreseeable future.

We’ve put a lot of work and effort repairing and redecorating the terrace. Due to ongoing water damage and now our concertina doors leading on to the terrace, having completely given up the will to live, it’s made the rooftop terrace unusable once again.

Absolutely gutted is an understatement!!!!!
