BREW 300 : 5.5% Pale Ale

That’s right our 300th brew. So we decided to go all out and brew you another juicy pale ale. Extra pale, Oats, Chit, & Wheat combined with our soft welsh water lay a super soft base for 3 super star hops to really shine.
Double dry hopped with Nectaron, Galaxy, & Citra.
Fresh tropical fruits with some zingy citrus. On tap and online now.

Two freshies straight out of tank for you.

NZ Pilsner 4.6% : we found ourselves drinking far too many of these on our recent trip to New Zealand. German Pilsner malt layered with Motueka & Wai-iti hops from . It’s crisp, with light floral and fruity tones, with some beautiful zesty lime, the Motueka really shines through. Perfect for this hot sunny days.

Back in Bract Pale Ale V2 5% : NZ 104 & Citra hops layered over extra pale , oats, chit, house water and yeast. Soft, juicy, loads sweet tropical fruits, bright citrus and some red berries. It’s a beauty.

Happy Saturday everyone! Despite the Triathlon stewards trying to stop people from entering the bar during our first 2 hours of trading… we are definitely open today! The stewards have since had the ‘go ahead’ from the top and will now rightfully be escorting people across to our wonderful little bar for some beers and in the sun 🌞🍻🍔

After our trip to Cornwall we invited the guys from Verdant upto Swansea to brew the return leg collab. Extra Pale, Golden Promise, Oats, & Chit lay down a super soft base for the best Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka we’ve ever brewed with from legends
Juicy fruit gums & tropical fruit burst out followed by some fresh passion fruit & that classic Riwaka hit. It’s an absolute beauty.

Sweet tropical goodness, singing of passion fruit.

Yes it’s not a hazy, dare we say a west coast. Firm malt base of pale and Pilsner malts and a touch of carapils.
NZ105, Citra, Simcoe & Columbus combine for up front tropical fruit, backed up with some dank piney vibes with a firm bitterness. Delicious.

Super juicy pale crammed full of Motueka, Vic Secret & a dash of Citra. It’s a beauty, pumping out fresh pineapple and smashed lime!

I Like to Play V3
5.1% Thiolised pale ale.
V3 is here, we loaded the whirlpool YCH 303, then dry hopped it to hell with Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin t45, and finish it with a sprinkle of Motueka. Fermented with ‘Hop Unlock’ yeast. Intense tropical fruit, gooseberry and just a touch of lime zest on the nose.

Superdelic & HBC 630 hops combine for an incredibly soft pale, red berries and bubblegum bursting out on the aroma.

IPA 6.4%
Citra, Simcoe, Cryo Simcoe, & Motueka meld together for a tropical assault with a zesty lime finish. With a tweak to our normal water profile, this finishes a bit drier and with a lovely bitterness that keeps you coming back for more.

DIPA 8%
Nectaron, Nectaron T45 & Nelson Sauvin T45 in ridiculous amounts make this big juicy DIPA so juicy, fresh stone fruit with a classic Nelson edge.
