At IEW, we are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint and making a positive impact on the environment. The changes we make not only help us to reduce our carbon emissions, but it also enhances the working environment for our team. We have just completed our second year of analysis of our carbon emissions and am pleased to say that we have reduced our carbon emissions by 12% on the previous year whilst also growing our business.

Congratulations to Jordan, who has just completed training for her counterbalance forklift truck licence! This is not only great personal development and achievement but also helps to increase our flexibility for the Goods In and Stores Team. Thank you and well done, Jordan!

At IEW HQ, we've bid farewell to single-use plastic cups. Each team member now has their own reusable mug, reducing our impact on the environment and helping us work towards a carbon neutral future.

As we strive towards our goal, our business has set a plan to reduce energy consumption by 30% in the first year, followed by an additional 7% reduction each year. This focused approach to improvement and investment will not only help us reach our target by 2030, but also contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally conscious future.

Q: I am considering changing my CEM but I am concerned that this could be complicated. How does IEW approach developing a new partnership?
