I have been asked for many many years when I am going to do this course, I have finally got around… (finding time) to do my reiki qualification!!!

I am now fully qualified and I can start offering treatments in 21 days…. But as you all know my next appointment is not until around end of may anyway.

So what is reiki? Have you tried it? I never had and omg it was amazing!! Today my teacher did a full treatment on me and balanced my chakras and guess what… I fell asleep!
I was so relaxed!!! I cannot wait until I can try this in all of you.

So what is reiki?

The Reiki method of healing was founded on the revelation and understanding of the body’s energy system. The role of a reiki practitioner is to improve health and quality of life by offering reiki energy and restoring balance.

Chakras.

Chakras are the circular vortex’s of energy that are placed in seven different points of the spinal column. All seven chakras are connected to the various organs and glands within the body. These chakras are responsible for disturbing the life energy which is known as qi (chee)

Whenever the chakra is blocked, the life energy also gets blocked, leading to an onset of mental and health ailments. When the harmonious balance of seven chakras is disrupted or damaged it can cause several problems in our lives. This includes our physical health, emotional health and our mental state of mind.

This treatment will be done in complete silence, because I need to concentrate on the energy and you need to relax and you may fall asleep!!! 🙂

Beauty courses!!!

I’ve had so many enquiries and bookings over the last few weeks, I thought I would update you with my training dates and information.

I have 22 years In the industry which i feel is enough to tell you about my experiences and what I have learnt over the years.

My courses are held from my salon room in bath road, old town in a relaxed environment.
You can choose from a small group course max 4 students or a 1-1 course.

All my courses are fully accredited and you will be able to gain insurance afterwards, you will also get on going support after the course if needed.

Small group courses are £75 each and 1-1 are £125.00.

I understand my courses are reasonable price, same as my salon treatment prices, yes this is my job, but this not just a job, this is what I ❤️ and I want you all to be able to enjoy and afford to be able to start a new career or hobby. Espically at the minute where prices of food, energy bills etc are going up. I can promise you my courses are very detailed, and you will leave confident in the treatment you have been taught.

1-1 courses can be booked at a day and time convenient to yourself.

With all courses you will receive a manual, with all the anatomy and physiology of the body areas you will be working on, full description of the treatment and instructions how to carry out the treatment.

Hi everyone! Thank you for all your messages, I’ve cancelled everyone today and tomorrow, I’m
Hoping to be back Monday but im not sure, I will keep you updated over the weekend. I’m not going to book anyone in until I know when I will be back to work, otherwise I’m just going to be mucking you all about with dates and times.
It looks like some kind of bite which is infected and spread down my leg, madness happened within a couple of hours on Tuesday. As you all know I don’t like letting you all down, but I’m struggling to walk.

As you all know I like to keep busy! 🫢🤦‍♀️ I am now trained in ear seeding.

What is ear seeding?

The art of healing with pressure over specific points on the ear is known as Ear Acupressure
or Auricular Therapy. Ear hosts over 120 acupoints that correspond to various parts of the
body.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) teaches that energy pathways (or ‘qi’ or vital life
energy) pass through the ear. When you stimulate an acupoint, abundant flow of energy
returns to the related organ or area, allowing healing to take place. The ear is said to be a
micro-imitation of the human bodily system, comparing the shape of the ear to an inverted
fetus. The mapping of inverted fetus to the outer ear roughly explains the connection
between ear acupoints and their corresponding body parts.

Auricular therapy or auriculotherapy is not just simply
acupressure to unblock energy meridians of the body. Rather,
ear acupressure stimulates the nerve connections between
the ear and the central nervous system. By applying pressure
to the correct points on the external ear triggers nerve impulse
from the ear to the brain, thereby communicating powerful
healing messages to the organ or system in which the health
problem manifests. Upon stimulation, the brain releases pain-
relieving protein molecules, endorphins, into the blood stream,
soothing chronic pain and discomfort quickly and with no side
effects.

How Ear Seeds Work
Instead of using needles to stimulate the acupoints, small beads can be used to apply Pressure to the points. In TCM, seeds of natural vaccaria plants, also known as Wang Bu Lui
Xing, are used as they are tiny enough to sit precisely over one
pressure point. The seeds are put in place using tapes. For people who are not sensitive to
metals, they may opt for metal beads or pellets. Moreover, magnetized beads are said to
further enhance the effectiveness of the ear acupressure. Application of ear seeds can be
used alone or as complementary therapy to acupuncture or body acupressure in order to
treat a host of symptoms.

There are numerous benefits of using ear seeds.

I will place the seeds in the correct points and for 3/5 days you will gently massage the points. Then after I would like you to send me your feedback.
