As Duty Manager, you’ll bring your experience to the table. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS DUTY MANAGER YOU’LL…
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure guest & team safety at all times.
• Support the General Manager in the smooth day to day running of the business.
• Shifts in the kitchen, bar and floor covering all aspects of the business.
• Fully control all aspects of the cellar from our great cask ale selection to cleaning lines and ordering stock.
• Oversee the tills and safe ensuring all cash is correctly secured at all times and banked in accordance with company guidelines.
• Be a role model of giving great service and guide training and development within the team
• Be a good communicator.
• Have previous experience and confidence in managing a team.
• Have a passion for hospitality.

We are seeking a skilled line chef to join our team in preparing delicious meals in our pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for standards and be able to deliver high-quality dishes.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following specification
- Ensure food preparation meets food safety standards
- Ensure due diligence with regards to allergens and intolerances
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Chef or Cook in a pub setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Must Have
- At least 1 year previous experience in a similar role
- Be available to work any day from 11.30 am until the kitchen closes at 8pm and close down procedure is completed.

Pay: £18,000 to £21,000 per year
