So as i am sure you all know one of our staff members was involved in the disgusting riots in Tamworth. Although her name is out there for all to see, i wont name her, but i feel its quite sad that although Committed2Care instantly dismissed this staff member as i personally detest any kind of racism we still get negative feedback because of one persons actions. I took immediate action and did what i felt was right by dismissing her instantly. Working in this profession we need to have staff who are compassionate for all the people we look after, no matter what their background, race, religion or sexual orientation.
To see a 1 star review by a man on google would previously have upset me, but i would like to think that anyone reading the review would realise that judging C2C the way they have when they have no insight of the care that myself and team provide is both very unfair and very short sighted. Contrary to what this person believes, leaving a review of 1 star because of a member of staff (who i have no control over) could be seen as acting no different to the said member of staff as what they are doing is judging a whole team of over 70 staff the same as this one individual. Is that not the same thing????
What should be looked at is the action we took and our reviews should be based on the care we give and not about 1 member of staffs opinion. Very unfair but like i say hopefully people will see our other lovely reviews. 🙂

Just to say we are all aware that one of our staff members was seen joining in with the disgusting riots tonight in Tamworth.
Please please be assured this is being dealt with as a matter of urgency and this is absolutely NOT acceptable behaviour.
I personally hate and detest racism of any kind so was appalled and angered to see a member of my team acting so disgustingly and this will be dealt with tomorrow. I am aware the video footage has gone to the police and rightly so.
