We recently cooked this amazing Butter Chicken Curry to serve 8 adults with rice and naan. Everyone said it was so much better than a takeaway....
Everything was prepared from scratch, toasting, roasting and grinding the spices, mixing the sauces, cooking the meat and the rice, making the dough for the garlic & coriander naan all whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine chilling with family and friends..letting Thermomix do the work.
