EFFECTIVE TRAINING DELIVERED WITH PRECISION 💪🏻 Posture is key, poor posture will disengage the target muscle and try to find the easiest path to lift the weight. So keep sternum lifted, core engaged and hold solid. Angles make an exercise so much more effective, get the trajectory prefect and you’ll get the most from each rep. Slow and controlled reps, keep the tempo at a constant rate. Drop sets and negatives, drop sets are so effective at exhausting every last bit of energy out the muscle. MARK’S OPENING STATEMENT “CAN YOU HELP ME NOT HAVE A KNEE REPLACEMENT” …… SO I DID 💪🏻 Mark has no cartilage in his left knee and is pretty much bone on bone. However it’s not stopped us from tackling the issues. With advanced rehab through improving muscle strength & composition and activation of muscles around the knee. That along side mobilising the whole of his body especially his hips, lower back and ankle we’ve been able to alleviate the impact on the knee. Only 3 months ago Mark couldn’t walk on the left leg now he’s walking without pain and no impact on the joint. I must harp on about this all day everyday, it’s the most important element of training …….
