Gutter was indeed of a unblock .
due to the amount of moss building up customer was having leaks.

3 waste bags later and gutter is unblocked and no more leaks.

I see alot of properties suffering with damp/mold problems because of a overgrown gutter.witch is causing the guttering to fail and cause all sorts of problems.

two semi detached houses needed much needed repair due to few rotten battons witch allowed tiles to sink over time due to last service in 1960s.

We have had some step backs with this job due to weather ect however B&M RENOVATORS will always get the job done.

Long but good Productive day today roof was leaking due to poor felt and cracked slate.

Gutter was blocked and growing greenery allowing the gutter to overflow in to the roof coursing damp issues.

Was ment to be just felt battens and tiles needed changing turnt in to a bigger job then thought with rotten rafters and so on.

Not to worry B&M renovators are up to the challenge new rafters installed along with ridge board so on
