We are volunteers, including qualified technicians, drivers and administration.
We turn donated old and unloved laptops into free computers for those on the wrong side of the digital divide, across Wellington, Taunton and Bridgwater, Somerset, UK.
Closing Down.
After 2.5 years and over 300 locally donated laptops refurbished and redistributed to people across the Taunton/Wellington/Bridgwater area, we have decided to close operations.
Thank you to everyone who donated their laptops, to give them a second life in the hands of school children, Ukrainians who have arrived in this are, and adults doing online courses for retraining, amongst others who all received the refreshed machines.
As a volunteer team we are so pleased with what we did - but sadly we have had to now down tools and close SCHol Tech. Thank you everyone.
