Timothy Walker was our speaker at our meeting last Saturday which was also our AGM. We were both hugely entertained and informed by his lively talk "Bordering on Insanity".
A couple of snaps from today's lecture meeting. Raz Chisu gave an excellent talk about his "plant habit" and signed us all up to Plantaholics Anonymous. We had a whirlwind tour of some of Raz's favourite plants and many members went away at the end with one or more of them.
Yesterday was the HPS Variegated Plant Group annual meeting and AGM in south Wales. The meeting began with the AGM and then a discussion around plants brought by members, followed by the auction of plants donated by members, especially in coming chairman Joe Sharman. The afternoon was spent in the amazing, largely woodland, garden of members Brian and Sue Dockerill.
