🍎🍏 Sheppy’s Cider Farm is a must-visit for cozy vibes, amazing breakfasts and the most delicious local produce. The farm shop stock lots of locally produced goodies and homemade ciders and the cafe serves freshly baked goodies, everything is top-notch. 🇬🇧

Beautiful day for walking the shady lanes on the Blackdown Hills. So many footpaths to explore - you’ll find maps in the cottage.

The wonderful Culmstock Beacon - one of our favourite dog walks 🥰

Have you explored Culmstock Beacon? This wonderful, varied walk from Hemyock to the Elizabethan Beacon, is 7 miles long, but can be made shorter if you want an easier option.

Explore fields, woods and heath, with the added bonus of glorious views.

Beautiful Bluebell walk at Langford Heathfield- we are so blessed to be right next door to this 200 reserve - there are lots of paths explore.

45 mins from the cottage - Budleigh Salterton has an all year round dog friendly section of beach, the Otter Estuary nature reserve is well worth an explore and the wonderful Fifty Degrees North cafe does the best coffee. To make this a longer walk you can park at Otterton and walk along the river Otter to the sea.

If you are looking for somewhere for brunch locally you can’t beat Brazier Coffee Roasters (Wellington). Just a 5-10 minute drive from the cottage Braziers is housed in an old mill. Booking often not required. Dog friendly with inside and outdoor seating.

This is a fantastic local event. Free vintage bus rides between Wellington and Taunton. Stopping at Sheppy’s Cider Farm.

Vintage Bus Day is back! 🚌 Sunday 2nd June.

This year the buses will be based at the old bus station in Taunton, but will be calling in to see us here on the farm. You can enjoy rides every 20 minutes from 10:00am - 4:00pm ride on the FREE Vintage buses between Taunton bus station and Wellington High Street STOPPING at Sheppy's House of Cider every 10 minutes. You can jump on and off the buses all day, so you can see all the different styles.

Our Farmshop and café will be open from 10:00am - 4:00pm if you would like to make a day of it by booking a breakfast or Sunday lunch. We will be offering cream teas, filled baguettes, tea and filtered coffee and a cake selection all from Our old rustic barn.

It should be a wheelyfun day!

Sheppy’s Cider Farm is a favourite place to visit with guests - there’s a cafe, deli, play area and beautiful orchard trails to walk. You can of course also stock up on Somerset cider! 🍺

We are delighted that now the harvest season has come and gone that we are able to welcome dogs back on to our orchards. 🐶 We would ask that dogs are please kept on leads and that you tidy up after them when necessary.
