This dish ❤️😍🥰 it’s got it all going on. Spring onion and Parmesan waffle, Serrano ham, pork sausage, port & beer sauce, grilled cheese, fried egg, salad…inspired by the formidable Porto sandwich the Francesinha…delishous.

Turns out our food is so good it’s worth breaking in to try and get a table…sadly for the mystery guest we are only open 8.30-14.30 rather than the 1am and 3am visits this chap seemed to make. We’d love to meet our super fan sometime so we are sharing this in case anyone knows who he is. If you’re coming to dine with us between the normal hours excuse the boarded up windows we will be back to normal in no time. Open again tomorrow as usual for brunch, lunch and coffee but burglary and theft are all sold out for the time being.

Francesinha Waffles

Our spring onion and parmesan waffles, local pork sausage, cured ham, francesinha sauce and emmental topped with a fried egg and chorizo crumb. This dish has it all going on. It’s available to enjoy all day so call your friends…we have a feeling this will be 🔥

Barbacoa & eggs. A riff on steak and eggs with super tender slow cooked Mexican spiced beef, pepper sauce, sriracha mayo, soft poached eggs and a pinch of feta. Served with a delish side salad and a look of food envy from the other side of the table 😘 Available from 12 Wed-Sat in our Taunton restaurant.

We are looking for someone to smash out banging coffee and deliver exceptional service. Sound like something you can do? Get in touch. You’ll be barista trained, experienced with an espresso machine and able to deliver consistently beautiful drinks. We are an ambitious company with big plans, this is a great time to get onboard.

We are looking to grow our team in Taunton and are looking for a general manager and a Barista to join our team.

General Manager with experience of managing a similarly busy cafe or restaurant. You’re going to be the day-to-day face of the brand with our customers so you’ll have a passion for delicious food, fautless service and take pride in leading from the front. We are at an exciting stage of our growth and there are great opportunities for the right candidate. Up to £13.50/hr based on experience. In the first instance the role will be Wednesday to Saturday 08.00-16.00 but we are hoping to extend these hours to include Sunday also. 32+ hours/week. Barista training an advantage.

Barista with a passion and flair for making GREAT tasting coffee. You’ll be capable of making consistent quality drinks with pace and precision every time. You will already be trained and experienced but we have additional training available if needed. Various shifts throughout the week available between Wednesday to Saturday (soon to include Sunday). Up to £11.50/hr based on experience. 10 - 16 hours/week.

Roasting to order for freshness in the roastery in Cardiff and bringing it the final few miles down to our restaurants in and .

Our job is simple, get that lovely stuff into a cup and add your choice of milk.

Huevos Rancheros.
Guacamole, pico de gallo and frijoles for dipping corn tortillas in, snuggled up to a perfect little cake of rice and blanketed with a couple of fried eggs, all smothered with our home made pepper sauce and sprinkled with feta cheese. Feeling decadent? Add some chorizo! Can you really say no to that?

Our special waffles are made in-house by our own fair hands. A scrumptious weet and savoury treat, created with parmesan, paprika, garlic and onion, these little babies are layered with streaky bacon and fried eggs and drizzled with mouthwatering maple syrup and a tickle of chilli.
