Evening my lovelies, I hope you're all well!!!

I just wanted to pop on and say I have decided to stay! Sorry if some of you were hoping I'd leave 😅

There were a few issues I had let get to me and I had basically convinced myself the world was out to get me and that was that. I had quit and yet I didn't feel any sort of relief, I had a meeting at work along with working this Saturday just gone and people had convinced me that I should continue.....and they are right! I've worked so hard to get where I am and to throw that all away for something so trivial (after I had cooled down) suddenly seemed so silly!

Thank you to all the guys at my studio and to all of my customers who gave me kind words and well wishes, they all made me feel so appreciated, I simply cannot put it into words! ❤️ I wouldn't be where I am without you all.

Right, soppy stuff aside......I am working all day Friday 30th August so if you'd like to book in, drop me a line. Anyone who has messaged in already, I'll get back to you ASAP! Let's do this 🤘

Good evening my lovelies, I hope you are all well and are surviving the summer holidays - whether it be working or spending time with forever eating children!

It brings me much sadness to be posting this but unfortunately, until further notice, I will be leaving my studio and piercing. Recent events have pushed me to see that I may not necessarily be in the right place (physically and mentally) and to carry on ignoring this any longer just isn't fair on me so it's time to step back. The only thing I'm unsure of is for how long - for now or forever?! I guess we'll see.

I will however STILL BE WORKING Saturday 24th for those booked in, anything after I will be contacting you in due course. Please believe me when I say I am forever grateful to each and every one of you across the years, you have been truly amazing and you've made my job a true joy to come into every day!! I can only hope I have lived up to each of you as you're piercer.

It simply seems that things aren't quite what they had seemed to be and it is a hard realisation to simply 'plod through'.

I will hopefully return triumphantly.....watch this space!

Evening my lovelies, I hope you're all well and have enjoyed the sunshine....when it appeared this weekend!

Just a reminder that my last working day is this coming Tuesday 23rd and I finish at 12:30 due to early school closures. I am however going to pop in tomorrow, MONDAY 22nd for a few hours as an extra before I am off.

I am working Saturday 27th July (limited spaces) and Saturday 24th August as they're mine so if you need jewellery changes, balls tightened (make sure you're checking on this yourselves regularly anyway) and/or a new piercing then be sure to book - those dates are the only ones I'm in, unless I get childcare offers, until I'm back in September!!

Good evening my lovelies, I hope you're all doing well.

My apologies but I'm not working tomorrow, I am sorry that I forgot to pop this up in advance 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm in on Wednesday and Thursday with limited availability and Friday (with more) and then that's pretty much it for me until September!! I may be in on Tuesday next week but it will be brief, if I am, as they've decided that one school is finishing early whilst the other is going one last full day....great for us working folks ey?!

So, this does mean that unless I get some childcare offered to me during the weekdays, my last working day will be Tuesday 23rd and then I will only be working two Saturdays during the holidays - these are July 27th and August 24th due to other commitments and my family and I FINALLY going on holiday.

As always, if you're looking to get booked in then do it quickly as space is limited throughout this last week and those Saturdays!

I had the awesome Holly in today for lower back dermal implant piercings. She requested they be a little higher than the standard placement, usually we tend to place them within the area of the back 'dimples' - Holly didn't have hugely natural dimples so this placement worked 👌

Quick message to say that the timing couldn't be more imperfect but my little girl has chickenpox. We thought she'd had it before but it didn't go like this! Another thing to mention is that it's half term next week so I won't be working unfortunately as I'm off with my children. I'm also stiff as a board as I was involved in a car accident so won't be able to pop in for jewellery collections either I'm afraid. This is an extremely fun project I've been working on with Charmayne, she messages me and says I want to X done....comes to the day and she asks if we have time to do X, Y and Z AND book another few bits for the next appointment 😂
With this one, we started off by removing a dermal towards the cleavage area and then placing another just above it. Once back off holiday, we added the skin divers to the stars at the top (and a lower lip piercing not in shot). Good morning my lovelies, I hope you're not too rough from the long weekend! And if you are, I hope you had a great time doing so 😊

I bit of a personal one this morning so bare with me 😬 I hate bringing up my personal issues in and around my work life but this has forced me to mention it, I LOVE my job and absolutely everyone I get to meet with it but each day is a challenge for me. I struggle with a condition called ME/CFS and I also have a chronic pain condition that predominantly affects my lower back, hips and down throughout my legs. Unfortunately it isn't always specific to just those areas and can be rather p**p when it affects more of my body.

I have had these for years now but in the last 6-8 months they have gotten worse, they are always 'bad' but I manage it some days OK and others with medication. I am OK in myself and plod along as best I can because quite frankly I have to. No one will pay my bills otherwise and let's be honest, the government don't like helping people financially as it is lol!!

I am not posting this for sympathy or any sort of attention and I promise I'm OK up in the old noggin, I just thought it best to let people know as I have had to cancel on a few customers recently and move appointments. I HATE to do this and it really frustrates me that it's messing things up but I wanted to let you guys know in case you ever think I'm cancelling just because I can't be bothered.

That being said, I'm going to have rest today and tomorrow in the hopes of being able to work Thurs and Fri this week!

If I say it to people too much, I just sound like THAT GUY but please please consider what you're doing when going for piercings with a piercing gun. I personally hate them and will never perform them.

This lovely lady called me in desperation as she's had a helix piercing done with a gun, the piercing is severely swollen and sore, it isn't pierced correctly so it's position is that of some ear flat piercings and the butterfly back has been wrapping hair around it, pulling it out of her head and into her piercing. She's been battling it for around months but it's started giving her headaches and making her feel unwell generally.

Please seek out a professional body piercer, whether they have their own studio or work within a tattoo studio (like myself) and message to discuss. If you have any sort of doubts, shop around and ask people where they go/reviews on websites etc.
