SOUTHEY PLATE
TDBC Ladies Captain Ann Beale receives the Southey Plate as Runners Up in the County Southey Trophy Competition. The Ladies won through 5 rounds to reach the final against Ilminster which was played at Chew Stoke on Sunday. A very wet Rink made conditions tricky to start with and when heavy rain started they deteriorated quickly. The match concluded after 11 ends with a win for Ilminster.
Well done ladies, a wonderful achievement.
