Mental Health Awareness Week starts today and runs until the 16th. The focus in on how connecting with nature and our environment can help our mental wellbeing. Try give yourself some time to connect this week and see how it works for you.

Are you Trans+ and having a hard time, struggling watching someone trans+ that you care about that's having a hard time or just not really sure what to think, but feel you can’t talk to anyone about it for whatever reason – It can be incredibly difficult to keep to yourself…

We understand that sometimes Trans+ life or Gender issues are not easy to talk about and it can be incredibly hard to pick up the phone, You are not alone in feeling this way… Our experienced listeners know this and will not judge because we know talking to someone that listens can really help!

It isn’t unusual to be unsure what to expect… It simply starts with a friendly “Hello” - We set aside some quality time just for you and what you want to talk about, listening without judgement on Mondays and Fridays between 8pm and midnight on 0300 330 5468.

Children's Mental Health Week Children's Mental Health Week is taking place on 1-7th February 2021!

Time to Talk Day 2021 takes place on Thursday 4 February - join us to start conversations about mental health and help end the stigma.

A small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference.

We know that the more conversations we have, the more myths we can bust and barriers we can break down, helping to end the isolation, shame and worthlessness that too many of us with mental health problems are made to feel.

Time to Talk Day is the day that we get the nation talking about mental health. This year’s event might look a little different, but at times like this open conversations about mental health are more important than ever.

We need your help to start the conversation this Time to Talk Day – together we can end mental health stigma.
