π A GENTLE REMINDER ABOUT SPECTATING & FOLLOWING RULES! π
A polite reminder regarding spectating and following our pool / club rules.
Spectators chaperoning children must ensure they are adhering to these rules, otherwise we will unfortunately ask you to leave the pool.
When youβre not swimming yourself we know itβs great to watch your friends & family members having fun, but (as we hope youβd agree) we do need to ensure some organisation and control over spectating to ensure the safety & best guest experience for all members and hotel guests.
We would like to politely remind all those who wish to watch their friends & family in the pool that we do have some rules in place, which need to be followed whether there is just 1 person or 20 others using the pool area.
β’β’β’β’β’β’β’β’β’β’β’β’β’β’β’
π¨βπ©βπ§βπ§ Children under the age of 8 years old and children of any age who are weak or non-swimmers, must always be accompanied and closely supervised IN THE WATER. Please do not expect to be able to supervise children of this age from the poolside.
π΅ The use of mobile phones (and other recording devices) is strictly prohibited on poolside unless the device is used as part of a teaching or training programme and agreed by the Club Manager
πNo food in the pool hall. π₯€No glass allowed on poolside. Please keep drinks to reusable plastic bottles please!
π No outdoor shoes are to be worn on poolside
π« Children under the age of 16 are unable to use the Sauna or Spa pool
π Please keep spectators to a minimum as well as any baggage. We do not have vast amount of space for spectating and more people / belongings on poolside can create a trip hazard.
βοΈ Please following our rules regarding jumping, diving and running. If these rules can not be followed you will be asked to vacate the pool.

You've probably heard 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away' or 'you are what you eat', however you want to put it, three's no denying our wellbeing is the key to living a long happy an abundant life!
One way we can promote wellbeing is by using supplements...
When used correctly, supplements can help fill the gaps in what your diet may leave you deficient in. For example, many of us know of / utilise protein shakes to meet our protein requirement.
Melatonin or magnesium is also very popular in helping to aid sleep.
Educating yourself on supplementation, can really help you understand how supplements may support a healthy lifestyle.
It's important to remember these only SUPPLEMENT what your lacking from your diet and lifestyle choices. Fish oil should not replace a quality fat source like avocado, no protein shake should over look a quality protein source and magnesium wont achieve the same as a repetitive bedtime routine.
Whilst supplements can do wonders in the right scenarios, improper use can only offer a band aid type-of-fix instead or a permanent solution.
We encourage you, to look at your own wellbeing, diet or lifestyle choices to find small improvements you could possibly make, to see improvements before the end of the year!

A delicious breakfast to kick start your weekππ³
Butter-poached eggs with spinach
Each serving provides 457 kcal, 23g protein, 42g carbohydrates (of which 5g sugars), 20g fat (of which 8g saturates), 9g fibre and 1.6g salt.
Ingredients
20g/ΒΎoz butter
1 tsp olive oil
250g/9oz baby spinach
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 large free-range eggs
Β½ lemon, juice only
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 x 100g/3Β½oz slices wholegrain bread, to serve
Method
Melt three-quarters the butter with the oil in a small frying pan over a medium heat. Add the spinach and tomatoes and season. Stir, cover with a lid, turn down the heat and cook for 2β3 minutes, or until the spinach has wilted.
Push the vegetables around the edge of the pan into a wide ring with a gap in the middle for the eggs, like a nest.
Melt the remaining butter in the centre of the pan and let it mix with some of the juices that have come out of the vegetables. Break the eggs into the middle. Cover and cook until the eggs are done to your liking (3β4 minutes for a runny yolk and 5β6 minutes for firm).
Meanwhile, toast the bread on both sides.
Season the egg and squeeze over the lemon juice. Serve immediately with the toast.

As some of you may know by now, I am unfortunately leaving You Fit Taunton π’π (I know, this means no more Bella and Benji, which I think, is the main upset here HAHA!)
I wanted to write a post to you all personally, to thank each and everyone of you for making my time here so enjoyable! I thoroughly enjoyed my job, especially knowing I have such friendly and welcoming members, who bring a smile to my face every dayπ Bella and Benji will miss there treats and cuddles! Thank you to everyone who brought them treats and presents!
My final day is Wednesday 31st July, so it'll expect nothing less than Chocolate π€£
I will miss you all dearly (so will the dogs) π
