Growth Technology is expanding fast and looking for quality staff to enjoy being part of our great organisation, developing plant nutrition solutions for your garden and beyond!

Established in Taunton over 30 years ago we have a 60,000 sq feet facility and a great team, from innovative work in the laboratory to production, distribution, administration, marketing and sales.

We would like to recruit an additional team member in the customer service function at our premises:
Are you confident in talking on the phone, taking incoming calls and like dealing with people?
Are you confident in liaising with both colleagues and customers alike and helping them?
With some IT knowledge, can you (with training) input orders onto our IT system?
Are you (with training) confident in taking payments over the phone?
Are you happy to call our customers to update them on deliveries?
Are you comfortable and have attention to detail to make sure the admin is kept up to date?

Our plant nutrition is both plant and system specific ensuring that we continue to push the boundaries of what is possible within the confines of your own garden and beyond. We are based in a 60,000 square foot facility on Great Western Way, just outside Taunton in Somerset.

Job description:

• Taking orders over the telephone and inputting the order onto SAGE 200
• Investigating and resolving customer queries in a timely manor
• Raising credits as appropriate
• Taking payments for Proforma accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

• A good understanding of SAGE 200 and Office 365
• Great communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Harding working and motivated individual
• Works well in a team and individually

Job Type: Full-time
This role is Monday to Friday / 09:00-17:00. (37.5 hours per week.)

What we are looking for:

We are looking for Production Operatives to join our fast-growing team. Duties will include bottling, labelling and packaging. You must have great attention to detail, demonstrate good standards of numeracy and accuracy, and be a team player.

Salary:

Starting at £9.50 per hour rising to £10.38 per hour (after successful completion of the 6-month probationary period).

Schedule:

The hours are Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm. Candidates must be able to work both shifts.

Benefits include:

• 24 days of annual leave plus the eight bank holidays (increases with length of service)
• Free parking

• No weekend or bank holiday working

We are a family run business that is in Taunton. We have been operating since 1985 taking pride in the quality of our products. We supply our products to Hydroponic Stores, Garden Centres, Amazon, and we export to countries all over the world. Not only do we manufacture our nutrients on-site, but we are also a distributor for other companies!

What we are looking for:
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-growing team here at Growth Technology. Duties include bottling, labelling, packing into cardboard boxes, picking, packing and dispatching our goods. This is not an exhausted list. You must be able to work as part of a team, great attention to detail and demonstrate good standards of numeracy and accuracy.

These positions are temporary to permanent after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

Salary:
Starting at £8.91 rising to £10.38 after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, shifts varies from 06:00-21:00. Candidates must be able to work during those hours.

• Free parking
• Kitchen facilities including free coffee & tea, with an inside and outside seating area
• No weekend or bank holiday working
