If you’re coming to me today there is a route in 😅 there are some lovely road workers that will show you the way😂 looking forward to some peace next week and some fresh tarmac ☺️

Behind the chaos outside, and the ever changing landscape at upper high street there’s some exciting things happening at the studio.

After the huge success of the nanokeratin smoothing and straightening treatments, I have been lucky enough to find a brilliant stylist who will work along side me specialising in keratin treatments.. watch this space for a new face🤓

I would also like to introduce the nanokeratin re-laminate glossing treatment.
Unlike the smoothing treatments this one doesn’t straighten the hair, instead it delivers up to 4 weeks of mirror gloss shine and manageability, this is a brilliant treatment if you’re getting ready for a big event or going on holiday as it protects against humidity and keeps hair super sleek and shiny.
The re-laminate treatments can done alongside your usual colour or cut, or booked as a standalone treatment, includes 20 minute scalp massage and hot towel wrap. (Message for more details) Pics of shiny glossy hair to follow 😃

Help!!! How do you stick Christmas lights to a window frame? Second morning in a row I’ve arrived to lights like this.. so far I’ve tried those sucker hook things and the command sticky hook things.. anyone got a secret trick?? 💡🤞🏻

Not wanting to bring up the C word early but my diary for Christmas is filling up! The week beginning the 18th of Dec has only a few spaces left, so if you haven’t already please get booked in 💜

One of my favourite customers couldn’t wait for me to get back from my holiday and took his haircut into his own hands. Amazing what a nice short cut a bit of texturising wax can do 😍

Im back in the studio on Tuesday after a lovely break.. I managed to incorporate a bit of learning too - watching Fraser get his first haircut (that I didn’t do) from a proper Turkish barber.. in Turkey 🇹🇷✂️

Does anyone know a brilliant hairstylist who might like to work in this lovely chair?
I’m looking for someone who is self employed to work next to me.
Also must be happy to work alone as I have lots of wedding bookings in the diary going into next year so I won’t always be around. I can be really flexible with full/half days, and the rate is really reasonable. This chair is perfect if you’re looking to fill your diary as it’s a very busy location.. feel free to message with questions.

Strange this came up on my feed, Was reminiscing with my Dad about this at the weekend 😂

It’s been a big couple of days in our house. After a really busy six week holiday.. keeping kids entertained and keeping the studio going, My little B has gone off to “Big school”. Her big brother is very happy that they have been reunited after a year at different schools.. She’s taking it all in her stride as she always does.
It also means big changes for me as they will both be independently coming and going from school together, and I won’t be doing anymore school pickups and drop offs 😃 this also means I can do regular working hours!! 🥳 My Google opening and closing times are pending an update as of today.. and the website adjustments are to follow. 😁😁

It’s a busy day in the studio today and Upper High street is buzzing!
In celebration of I thought I would add some fresh flowers to my window.🌸🌺🌷
These lovely blooms are from in the High Street, I always go to them before the supermarket.. Their flowers are beautiful, you get loads and at a fair price 🌻🌼

I was welcomed to work this morning by a beautiful, perfectly colour coordinated visitor.. it almost as if they knew 😍🦋

Anyone know anything about out door hanging plants?🌿🌱
Project back yard has started. Paint job completed today, and looking much nicer!! now I’d like to hang some nice plants out there.. not flowers necessarily, Something evergreen that likes the shade.. is there such a thing??
My plant knowledge is limited 😳 any advice would be useful!

Winner of most thoughtful/clever customer.. lovely Lucy.. promised me one of her amazing home made plant hangers for my window corner, and didn’t disappoint.
I got to work this morning to find two hanging from my door, with plants in, and pots to match the colour scheme and everything.. I had a little tear this morning🥲
