Can you guess which of the following photos is a virtual staging?!

Although I think real staging is far better in regards to the client experience and expectations, sometimes a virtual staging helps to imagine a space and how things can be laid out!

Here, the client asked me to come and shoot the apartment. 2nd slide. It wasn't "viewer friendly" yet. Hence the virtual staging that you saw on the first slide. Once it was ready, about 1 month later, it was properly staged! 3rd slide.

It came out pretty well in my opinion ! What do you think?

Fun story! I wasn't supposed to shoot this property as it wasn't "photo friendly". When I finished everything I had to do, the Sales Manager had 20 minutes between two families and he accepted my offer to quickly shoot this house! Like SUPA FAST! ⚡💫 So I started running around before each shot to hide little boards, marketing cards, etc. End of story: happy client, impressed Sales Manager, kind visitors (yes, a couple came in earlier and saw me around 👀) and great photos! Stephen said it!

You guessed it! Another beautiful property developed by Acorn! This one though is located in Rolle Gardens, in Exmouth! Yes, I travel even down to Exmouth 😁

Did I mention the whole house was shot for free?!

I went to Cornwall to see this sunset! 🌇

This beautiful property located in Calstock, in the South east of Cornwall, just next to the river Tamar has a stunning view! Listed (or technically will be listed VERY SOON) by , this designer house is a one of a kind!

Though I operate mostly in Somerset, when I was told it's situated within a few miles from Dartmoor, I just had to go a shoot this place! I mean come on, just look at this view! It's amazing!

Yes, I'm not full time yet, that being said, this is just the begining of the journey and I'm already so grateful for what has been achieved so far!

When I came back from France last week, I've got a booking with a new client. One of his friends referred me to him and he was wondering if I could come to Clevedon as it's rather far from Taunton. I said that I'm more than happy and told him a story when I went up to Newport a couple of months ago!

Half an hour later he's calling me back and says he doesn't see my mileage rate on top of the price when trying to book it online.
I replied: I don't charge mileage! 💯

He was quite surprised and said he's never seen anyone not charging extra fees for mileage.

So end of story: He's more than satisfied with SUPAFAST delivery and I've got another client that is happy and will recommend me to someone else! It's a win-win!

Yes! You read it right! A proper pond with loads of fish in it! How cool is that?!

I've been shooting real estate for 3 years now and I've seen lot of cool features by now... But a pond with fish in it, it's a first time for me!

Unfortunately I don't know the story behind it. I didn't have time to ask the homeowners... I was too busy counting fish! Roughly 50 of them! And pretty big too! 🐟
