Over the years I’ve seen my salon change it started with just myself , but very quickly moving on to employed staff , I never actually imagined myself being a boss it just happened quickly followed by apprentices and an absolute manic few years of complete fun if anyone is honest it was a blast , I helped build carers for the people@who worked with me , trained them took them on great journeys and gave them opportunity’s within the industry , the salon itself has had multiple makeovers ,

Covid destroyed most businesses I’m sure most will@agree it saw the rise in self employment and employment has started to be non existent

In todays world it’s hard to keep a business open
But I’m super lucky to have such a massive cliental which I am forever grateful for

I have always worked my ass off for my buisness it’s always been my number one I’ve lost alot building it but I’ve also gained a amazing career from it

Bcreativehair is purely just a self employed salon now

I have people working their own buisness within mine and I have a great lot of people also wanting to build their dreams along side myself

As you all know Nick has been his own boss from the beginning with his own client base

We have Nicky the lash and brow tech who also is chocker with appointments and works tirelessly to build her empire

And then we have wez the master makeup artist if you’ve not seen his work then where have you been

A new era of time is upon us which means Bcreative is due a makeover

It’s been the best 8 years and love or hate the past I look back at memories and smile I had the best years

My promise to my clients I will continue to supply you with the best hair I can source , I always find space to fit you in and I will always give you the best service that my up to date training provides

Most people ask how I manage to work so hard while@being a single mum and my answer is always the same

If it was easy then everyone would be doing it , only the determined ever reach the top of the mountain , but they never reach it without sweat tears and a battered body ❤️

New sets of extensions

I have two more days left at work and then I’m off on holiday for a week

New hair order is on its way

It’s a brand new week and I’m feeling excited 😝

I’ve raised my vibration and I feel good

Balayage on a Sunday .. not that she appreciated it but then what daughter does .

I am away from next Friday for a week on my last holiday this year ( I know I’ve had a few but life’s for living right now) I’ve a few September appointments which have become available

Half day Friday for me . Just two sets of extensions fitted this morning and all finished by 12pm meaning I have the rest of the day to prep for my next adventure holiday .

I rarely put a lot of pictures up now a days infact I quite often forget to take pictures

Insta and fb has become much more than a back of a head shot it’s creating whole reels and tbh it takes up so much time which as a single mum and business owner I do not have

But here’s one I did I mostly remember to take before a when fitting extensions for the first time so I can document with the client the progress her hair had had from wearing extensions

The amount of times I hear does extensions ruin my hair

Actually when fitted by someone who actually knows what they are doing it does not it grows

What really helps is when you stop reaching for the bleach , the heat and straighteners your hair believe it or big grows

Of course if you are low on iron then you may need to sort that out to see a regrowth but all in all
Extensions helps promote healthier hair and in the 10 years of doing this 6 days week on a daily I’ve not seen hair that has got worse from wearing extensions

This is a progress shot of before client use to have healthy long 22 inch natural hair and from having it bleached (not by me ) it’s snapped and got to this state

So let the journey begin

Today was one of those days that I just didn’t stop

Thank you to my assistant today for helping out

And .hair who lent me some keratin treatment when I ran out

Team work makes the dream work it really was a day from 9am right up to 7pm with no breaks in between

But finished off the day with my amazing singing group after 3 years we are back getting those happy hormones in once again

We all take our licks for granted but when your hair is so fine you can’t do anything with it things a big life changing appointment

This week alone I have done 15 refits , 10 colors and 5 new sets of hair extensions

Refitting which is now nearly a year old

Refit .this hair is 9 months old maybe more . It’s still in great condition

Most of my clients have been coming to me since the beginning and their natural hair is still in great condition

October appointments being taken

First and second pic (forgot before pic ) this hair was a level 4 when we started
Baby light foils using 3% peroxide giving it a clean perfect lift

While the foils were processing I did mums extensions using half head of Bcreativehair to add blonde into her dark hair

I finished early today when I say early I finished at 5 🤷‍♀️ it’s early enough i plan all day was to go home and paint and now I’m home do I want to do that …nope 🙈

I am fully booked guys im sorry I’m super busy and although I do have a few spare September appointments I’m getting boooked up for October now also

My books are going to be closed for new clients obvs discretion and if I can I will but I’ve got to the stage in my career where I’m 3 months ahead booked up and my exsisting clients are my top priority

Back to back day with refits (and color ) sometimes my job seems like I work on a production line I do it that often I don’t even have to think about what I’m doing
