Some yogis LOVE being upside down and smile and giggle from the get go. Some yogis arenโt too sure about it, and thatโs fine ๐ We hug and encourage them until they are ready - (it is always their yoga class we are just lucky to take part!!) Just look at this little man who expressed clear dislike of inversions when he joined us just 4 weeks ago. Now, 12 weeks old and today he managed two inversions ๐๐ป๐๐๐ป Amazing work โบ๏ธ! Iโm so happy you and your mum come to class and just roll with it. โญ๏ธInversions have been proved to be good for the cardiovascular, lymphatic, endocrine and nervous systems โญ๏ธ

Lycra swinging ๐ vestibular work out (balance development). It helps your brain learn to understand when you are upside down, moving side to side or sat up tall. All that liquid in our little yogis ears is going swish and swoosh as they giggle and have fun leading to improved balance and coordination. Just one reason to come have fun with kalma โบ๏ธ
