The board of Trustees is made up of service users who all remain acting board members. Mental Health awareness week/month (year?) is so important to try a reach those that need the support most.
But also,
For those who offer support all year around for individuals needing a boost, this month is also about thanking you.
Here is a little book we made a few years ago, showing the very real struggles people have gone through and we hope it helps show everyone that there is light at the end of that very dark tunnel.

Our Study Programme students and staff have dived straight in this week, it’s only Tuesday and we already have some stunning paper flower bouquets and beautifully decorated masks all in aid of raising awareness.
