Just over 20kwh of batteries ready to roll out into a new battery wall installation 😀

Had a bit of a tidy up and clear out yesterday, power tool packs half stripped, a few more to go then on to a load of bulk testing. So far most seem to be around 13-1400mah with 15-25a discharge. Keeping a few to build some Makita battery packs for myself the rest will soon be listed for sale.

For now, I’m clearing out another load of low capacity or untested cells to clear some space.

All being well the new workshop should be finished early part of 2023, that means more storage, more tools and a better workspace. I also just took delivery of about 20 solar panels for my own proper upgraded off grid setup which will be going live on YouTube and here early next year. should be roughly 20KWH of storage and about 5kw of solar for now until I get the garage set up for more solar panels

Been a bit abscent thanks to Covid! Back up and running now. Just collected roughly 500 power tool batteries to strip down so there should be some high discharge cells available soon 🙂

Really need to get on and get the storage area sorted! Batteries are stacking up with another 2000 just come in for processing.

Capacity Tested 18650 1000-1699mah Cells Laptop Batteries Job Lot 240qty | eBay All cells have been capacity tested, all between 1000 and 1699mah. There are a few orange/purple Sanyo’s but no red ones. The rest are Samsung LG etc. I only use cells over 1750mah in my application so these are all spare.
