Concrete fence spur installed today to secure a broken post. RJ.

Small area of broken flooring tiles filled in today with cement at the Codfather Fish and Chip Shop in Aylesbury. I also put some coat pegs on the back of an internal door. RJ.

Full decoration of living room and dining room carried out this week. Freshly plastered ceilings mist coated and finished off with Matt White. Walls painted with Victorian white paint and all woodwork prepared, undercoated and painted with brilliant white gloss. RJ.

Motorised work desk assembled today. RJ.

Roller blinds supplied and fitted this week. RJ.

Large render and window painting job carried out this month. All cracks/flaking paint repaired, render painted, windows sanded and stained along with the rest of the woodwork and wall corner features painted to finish. RJ.

Mould treatment and removal carried out around a front door this week. Painting carried out as well to finish it all off. I also sealed around a window to stop a leak. RJ.

Bathroom rejuvenated this week in Watermead. Tile repairs carried out along with mould removal on the ceiling and sealant work around the bath tub. RJ.

Outdoor woodwork painted today. I also sealed up several windows and doors around the property with coloured sealant to match. RJ.

Roof slate repair carried out today. RJ.

Roof cleaning carried out this week. All moss scraped and brushed off. I also cleaned out the gutters and bagged up all of the waste to finish. A big improvement. RJ.

Damaged wall repaired and curtain rail refitted in a changing room for the Coach shop at Bicester village today. RJ.

Broken drawer front fixed today with a 3D printed replacement clip. RJ.

Freshly laid turf cut this week for the first time. RJ.

Artex repair and painting carried out today following a loft trap replacement. RJ.

Bathroom light switch replaced today along with a loft trap latch to keep it securely closed. RJ.

External render cracks temporarily sealed up to reduce ingress of water. RJ.

Conservatory window sill and fascia trims replaced today. RJ.

Mirrors and pictures wall mounted today. I also reinforced and repaired a loose stair handrail. RJ.

Front door, doorstep and garage door prepared and painted this week. RJ.

Trellis panels fitted today. I also filled and painted some wall damage. RJ.

Shed roof felt replaced today. RJ.

Block paving cleaned and resanded this week. RJ.

Small shed roof replaced today. I also fitted new feather edge fascia boards. RJ.

Door edge planed today to stop it from rubbing on the frame. RJ.

Bath and shower resealed today. I also fixed a leaking gutter union joint. RJ.

Leaking porch roof repaired today with cement and sealant work. I also changed a broken tile on the porch and repaired a sagging and blocked gutter. RJ.

Mould underneath a kitchen sink treated and stain blocked today after a water leak. RJ.

Front garden hedges trimmed today. RJ.
