“ Thanks to everybody who joined me in Thame last night for the Wellbeing Evening and helped raise some money for the local school PTA.

It was great to have the opportunity to share some ideas around mindfulness and breathing techniques and how to use them in every day life.

But the highlight for me was being joined by the panel of local wellbeing experts .steve Bsc Pn1, and who shared personal insights and tips for balancing wellbeing with the demands of a busy life.

It’s been a few years since my last public event and the experience has made me realise how much I still enjoy it so who knows, maybe there’ll be another one coming up soon!”

It’s summer and time for 6 weeks of camping, fun times and pulling your hair out moments. Our first weekend was epic. Wallingford park and pool great set up open water swimming and a beautiful pub on the river.

I absolutely love training with Martin. He's a really dedicated and motivating personal trainer, and always treats his clients with such kindness and understanding, taking into account wellbeing as a whole and not just an individual's physical fitness. He works in collaboration with you and your own personal goals, whatever they may be. Very much practicing what he preaches, he's a real inspiration.

2. Veggie omelette
3. Greek yogurt with berries and almonds
4. Eggs and asparagus

6. Scrambled eggs, spinach and avocado
