We are taking part in the donation scheme again this summer! ☀️ 📚 Our dumpbin has arrived in the shop and is ready for donations of unwanted children’s books (new and gently used). The Children’s Book Project is a registered charity and works with settings across the UK to redistribute thousands of books to children and their families. Bring your unwanted children’s books to shop until 1st July - you’ll find the collection box in our conservatory. We are so pleased to be supporting this wonderful project! 📚📖📚

Everyone who was lucky enough to have a seat at Long Crendon Library’s “Meet the Author” event last night was taken on an enthralling tour through the world of Jane Austen by the author .hornby - you could, as the saying goes, have heard a pin drop, so engrossed were we all! Gill kindly signed stock for our bookshop afterwards, so treat yourself ! 📚📚
