Progress on the ST150 inlets!

Now onto the messy part...porting! 😬

Fiesta ST150 inlet manifolds on their way! 🔥🔥

Some RS6 turbo manifold upgrades.

Restrictive old manifolds cut off, entry point of turbo cleaned up and ported out, and turbo housing welded on to the new higher flowing manifolds. 👌🏻

Fresh batch of ST150 inlets incoming...

We are currently in the process of making a batch of these up, and this batch will be using up the last of our stock of parts.

We have 4 available from this batch, £200 deposit to reserve an inlet in this batch, total cost £795 + postage. 👍🏻

🟢 But goes a hell of a lot better, now the V12 engine can breath! 👌🏻

Following on from the previous post...

The first part is all made up, using the correctly spec's 5" 200 cell cats, correct sized pipework, and proper collectors!👌🏻

Hopefully this will sort out the performance issues from this V12! 🤞🏻

Not everyone makes exhausts the same way! 🤦‍♂️

This is the 6th system we have reworked in the past month, and I'm sure each one that comes in is worse than the last. 😞

This one screams of being welded on the car, and with no way to remove it, apart from cutting it into sections and cutting the hangers off, this would have been a nightmare to remove for anyone not able to remake it.

For anyone looking to have an exhaust made, please check out previous work done by the fabricator, and always check the work after, it will save you a lot of money in the long run!

🔥 New lambda bosses are FAR nicer than the previous ones I used. 🔥

Mercedes 380 SLC exhaust all finished off. Made as close as possible to the no longer available stock system. Sounded silky smooth! 👌🏻

Micra conversion kit all completed today. 👌🏻

Sometimes the simplest of looking exhaust sections can be the most time-consuming to make up!

Two spherical joints and a fixed link pipe, fun and games with this one! 😂
