I teach a lot about countering the 'fight or flight' response when it is heightened/overactive. However, sometimes we do need to listen to those initial warning signals, especially when it involves who we put our trust into. Trust your intuition 💖

I love growing our own fruit. It's something I'd highly recommend (especially with the cost of berries being so high!). One of my favourite times is when my son and I go outside to explore the garden, especially when it puts food on our table. I feel so much more relaxed when I can get out in the garden. If you don't have a garden, you might be able to go berry picking locally. Go on an adventure and see what you can find 😀 (Make sure you know they are safe to eat).

Came across this little fella when hanging my washing. When i got over the initial shock of nearly touching him (I LOVE bees, but my body doesnt! ), i had a good look at him. Today we had a big win at home because of mindful parenting. My son had a challenging situation, and he told me "it's ok because I know now that I need to stay calm, and if I take some deep breaths I'll be fine".
