We ran in a new 3 phase supply to the unit and all wiring within the shop was installed by ourselves.

The right candidate would possess BS7671 18th edition and have good experience within the domestic, sector. Training will be provided to the right candidate to enable you to operate as a truly multi-skilled electrician.

Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and efficiently will be key. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of other skilled electricians, providing electrical solutions for a broad range of clients. Applicants must also have a full UK driving licence (clean preferably).

We are looking for an experienced electrician who:
• is capable of carrying out fault-finding and installations as required – all of which will involve reporting on your works; therefore, good diagnostic skills, competent IT skills, accurate reporting and good verbal and written English are essential.
• is trustworthy, works in harmony with clients, respects their premises, observes guidelines, and ensures that clients’ settings are kept tidy and safe
• is flexible, maintains high standards, self-evaluates, receptive to constructive feedback regarding performance and strives to continually improve
• successfully manages to work independently or in a team and takes pride in his/her work
• has no serious criminal convictions (as successful candidates will undergo DBS checks)

We’re looking for a Permanent and Full Time Bathroom Fiitter. As part of our planned works team you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of Bathroom refurbishments and installs including all associated works within both occupied and unoccupied properties.

The hours of work will be 40 per week, flexible. Working from Thetford the area covered is Thetford, Norwich, Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Please be aware that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work.



Duties

The installation of full bathroom upgrades
Basic carpentry
Ceramic tiling
Basic painting and decorating


Candidates must have the following:

Minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience with Bathroom modification.
Ability to demonstrate technical skills in both core trade and associated trades.
Ability to work with plans /detailed drawings.
Ability to display excellent Customer Service skills both internally and externally, generating a positive working environment.
A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry.
Full Valid UK Manual Driving Licence.


Contract: Full time

We’re looking for a Permanent and Full Time Kitchen fitter. To carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Kitchen Fitter working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused responsive team.

The hours of work will be 40hours per week, covering Thetford, Norwich, Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Duties:

The full installation of a kitchen upgrade
The ability to read drawings
Basic decorating skills
Ceramic tiling
Floor levelling
Laying of floor tiles
Basic Plumbing




Main Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all Kitchen Fitting duties, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.
To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively.
To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner.



Essential Requirements:

Minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience with Kitchen modification.
Full Valid Manual Driving License.
