Bookings & Cancellations Policy

A deposit is required upon booking a treatment to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your total treatment cost, with the remaining amount payable at your appointment. Deposits are refundable or transferrable to another appointment if more than 5 days notice of cancellation is given. If appointments are cancelled/rearranged with less than 5 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full treatment price. Payment will be required before any further bookings can be made. If you book a treatment that requires a patch test, please ensure you allow enough time for this to be conducted and respond promptly to arrange this. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and our standard Booking and Cancellation Policy Terms will apply in regards to any deposit paid. - LVL Lash Lifts & Lash Extensions - Unsuitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Brow Tint & HD Brows - Unsuitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- A brow wax and HD Brows can be performed without tint if you are pregnant or breastfeeding however you may be more sensitive to treatments.
- Age restrictions apply - please check minimum age requirements before booking a treatment. PATCH TESTING:
All treatments (excluding Brow Wax), require a patch test to be conducted prior to a treatment being carried out. This is applicable for;
- all new clients
- clients who have not had a treatment within the last 6 months for LVL Lash Lifts, HD Brows or a Brow Tint
- clients who have not had a treatment within the last 12 months for Lash Extensions
- any clients that have had any changes to their medical history since their last treatment (for example, medications, health conditions, etc.) Patch tests are available by appointment only and will be arranged after a treatment has been booked.
