Our extensive experience in graphic design and branding not only boosts our impactful digital learning projects, but also allows us to support our clients in associated marketing assets.

We see a fine line between promotion and learning. Both use similar techniques to build awareness and educate audiences. Establishing a strong identity when kick starting that new customer relationship is so important. It’s the bones of what’s to come, sharing your values and culture, building reputation and gaining trust.

We’ve been thrilled to work with our friends at Iron Pier Beer in crafting the brand and identity for their new and exciting venture on Folkestone Harbour Arm.

The Board Room - Folkestone Harbour is a thriving social hub, with super smart shuffleboard and digital darts, plus a destination drinking spot to indulge in delicious, Kent brewed Iron Pier beers and ales.

Iron Pier were keen to capture that retro seaside vibe with a touch of Palm Springs and art deco. A popping pink and bold turquoise colour palette to draw a crowd and connect with the stunning ocean view, in partnership with a 3D style font choice that comfortably sits alongside the typography of other shipping container businesses on the arm. The ultimate goal was sophistication with a whopping big dose of fun and vibrancy.

But whilst having a strong standalone identity, there needed to be synergy with the Iron Pier brand. A connection that supported promotion of the brewery and allow for potential expansion in the future. We therefore integrated clean iconography that mirrored and incorporated the Iron Pier logo but equally told a story of the exciting facilities available at the Board Room.

Now with a welcoming brand identity in place, we have a recognisable grounding to start educating new customers on the wonders of craft beer. Without fear, without ego, without jargon or a sense of exclusivity. We want to create a positive introduction to craft beer for a new and growing crowd of socialites. On international women’s day, we’re taking a moment to celebrate our female role models!

Love to hear what inspirational badass women everyone else is appreciating today!?

Our MD first came across Dawn O’Porter (then just Porter) in her groundbreaking documentary Super Slim Me back in 2007. Testing extreme and insane dieting, she went on a starvation mission to experience just what it took to reach the then ‘idolised’ and ‘fashionable’ size zero and documented the terrifying consequences to her health.

“I fell in love with Dawn right then. Her real and personable approach to documentary making. Her drive to hold those accountable, responsible for the detrimental impact of such negative body shaming.

Since then, Dawn has fronted many investigative Dawn… docs as well as other great and inspiring TV series, launched the wonderful Bob by Dop capsule and vintage-inspired collection (of which I think I own every piece), is a columnist and best selling novelist, was one of the founding members of the just fabulous charity Choose Love and hosts addictive podcasts and celebratory events like Flackstock.”

So, we're well into the new year... a time that naturally inspires us to re-evaluate every aspect of our working lives.

This year we're on a mission to tackle stress and even better support mental health, by keeping a closer eye on how our work lives, health and wellbeing interact. This might relate to the hours and locations of work, our sedentary behaviours, nutrition... and most definitely social interaction.

Happy birthday to our wonderous Creative Director Mark - Throughout his birthday month, he’s proudly running at least two marathons in aid of - a real challenge with his dodgy knees!!

Prostate cancer now affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That’s thousands of dads, partners, brothers, grandads, uncles and mates.

He’s raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer.

Eggu incarcerated!

What an awesome Christmas do, smuggling in liquor and being locked up behind bars for a fully immersive prison experience.

Our creative team responses to our prison cards sadly backfired, causing us to be dragged up and humiliated regularly… but oh it was worth it! It also gave the guards the perfect opportunity to take their own selfies on our phones!!

Would highly recommend Brighton for quite an unusual festive treat and bonding experience with the most amazing cocktails EVER!! 🍸🍹
