I haven't been great at sticking to a cancellation policy but in this financial climate I can't afford not to and hope you all understand.

Please read before booking an appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours or don't show up for your appointment a payment link will be sent to you and will need to be paid before booking another appointment. Any future appointments in the diary will be cancelled also unless payment is made.

Just a reminder I am on a well needed holiday for 2 weeks in August.

My last working day will be Saturday 6th of August, returning to work Thursday 24th of August.

I have opened up my Tuesdays for 2 weeks before I go but appointments are still limited for before and after. Please book soon to avoid disappointment ❤️

Just a wee notice to say I am away for my friend's hen do this weekend so will be out of the salon from today and back Wednesday 5th of April.

I know I have a few people to get back to, apologies for the delay March has been hectic and I have struggled to keep on top of messages as well as being so busy in the salon.

I will be spending Tuesday (while nuursing a hangover no doubt 🙈) replying to messages and sorting appointments.

I think I've managed to message everyone now so time to share the exciting news!

I am now working from MM Hair & Beauty permanently!!

I have loved working alongside megan and brooke these past few weeks and settled into the salon pretty quickly while working there temporarily to begin with.

I am lucky I have an amazing clientelle who have followed me through all my ventures.

Thank you to you all for your patience for the past few months and I cannot wait to welcome you all into the new salon.

I will be working from MM hair and beauty, 3 Ormiston Road, Tranent from Wednesday 31st of August for a few weeks while the salon is being refurbished!!

Hello!

So good and bad news...we have a date for the refurbishment 🥳... but the salon will be closed for 2/3weeks.

I have had to reschedule my clients this week and will be in touch with you all first to get you booked in before the closure. (Please be patient as I am still not 100%) I will be working extra days and hours to fit you all back in ❤

At the moment I am trying to find a salon who may let me rent a chair for the weeks we will be closed. If I manage to find somewhere I will be in touch with all clients booked in after the 29th to let you know. If not unfortunately these appointments will need to be rescheduled.

I cannot wait for you all to come back to the new salon and to see what Danielle has done, I already know its going to be amazing and can't wait to work as part of our new team!

my card machine is still out of use so it is cash or bank transfer only at the moment.

There is a cash machine at the old RBS opposite the salon.
Transfer must be done in the salon as I'm struggling to keep on top of who's paid.

Sorry for any inconvenience, I should have a new card machine up and running next week.

**NEW PRICE LIST IN PLACE FROM TUESDAY 5TH OF JULY**

I have been puting this off until the shop changed over to the new owner but unfortunately with the product cost increasing and the cost of living increasing so much my new price list will be in place from TUESDAY 5TH OF JULY.

I haven't always been strict with pricing but due to the current economy I can't afford not to be so all treatments will be charged according to the new pricelist.

If anyone has any questions or needs me to further explain any treatments or options please send me a message.

Due to the different timings of treatments you will be asked upon booking what will be required for each appointment. I know sometimes it comes to your appointment and the full treatment isn't needed, if this is the case please try and let me know at least 24hours before hand.

Cancellation at least 24 hours before appointment time - FREE

Cancelation less than 24 hours before appointment time - 25% of booking.

No Show Fee - 50% of booking.

Unfortunately I spent the last few days of 2021 feeling unwell and waiting on a PCR test. Luckily today it came back negative so back to work date...

I am still feeling a bit unwell so I will contact any clients tomorrow that were canceled in between Christmas and New year and get you all booked back in.
