We are so excited to bee cooking with these amazing Cornish crabs. You really can't beat the flavour of these fresh caught monsters!

How gorgeous do these truffles look? We have sliced these delicious morsels over our cheese course but what dishes do you love to add a sprinkle of truffle too?

The Petrossian trout roe really are the jewel in the crown of this delicate dish. Deep red in colour they have a wonderfully briny flavour which sets off against the tomato Ponzu.

You really can't beat a fresh bread and delicious butter to get your taste buds going to start a meal!

We serve this beautiful pigeon with delicious flavour such as beetroot and tart pickled cherry which pair so well lighter tasting Anjou Pigeon.

Cat joined us in July 2024 and has worked in customer service for 10 years! She moved from Romania in 2018 to join her family and pursue her love of the service industry. When she's not at work she enjoys a glass of orange wine, spending time with her cat and traveling around the world. Cat's favourite dish on our menu is a new dish, the veal tartare! Please join us in welcoming Cat to our front of house team!
