This project was insane, so pumped with the end results of last week, and can’t wait to share the final results with everyone

For now here’s a sneak peak at the very start of the week 👀

Client wanted more light in the front room and an open plan flow from the kitchen diner into the living room

We removed the wall between the two and created a built in book case around where the toilet/water waste pipes ran instead of having a wasted outcrop of wall

Removed all the old carpets and replaced with quickstep laminate flooring, matching door trims and thresholds throughout the front room and downstairs hallway

Reboarded, taped and joined the new opening ready for the client to decorate their new space

It’s not that often I put before and after pictures next to each other but this one was needed

It’s hard to believe it’s the exact same space 👀

This pond has been nonfunctional for years (15 years to be exact) and left to it’s own devices and oh boy did it

We removed all of the rocks, overgrown plants, water and sludge; and oh boy was there sludge from the entire pond, cleaned up the liner, patched any damages the overgrown plants had caused, and refilled with fresh water

In the surrounding area we took back all of the weeds, overgrown plants, brambles and discovered a waterfall and gave it a freshen up blank canvas ready for the client to replant in their image

And finally we installed a full filter, pump and water management system to help keep on top of this pond that’s now fully functional again

Even the dogs shocked 😅🐶

Another week comes to an end and another happy customer with a full install of a Terminator Dunster House log cabin with the extra UPVC windows and doors + insulated roof boarding

Unfortunately with this last month being the way it has we will unfortunately be making the decision to move back to CASH ONLY due to spending almost every evening chasing outstanding payments - this is not something we want to be doing but we’re being left with very little choice so starting from Monday the 27th unfortunately we’re going to have to make some changes

-All work will now need a deposit before any work commences

-Cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice will unfortunately now have to be charged due loss of earnings with no chance to find an alternative job

-all material costs will be due 24 hours before works due to commence (failure to do this will unfortunately result in the job being deemed a cancellation)

-FULL payment to be made at the completion of the job

All the old broken fencing removed and disposed of, all new posts cemented in and all new panels fitted

Lovely bedroom revamp with fresh ceilings, walls, woodwork and all shelves and tv taken off of the wall with all old holes filled and remounted afterwards in their new locations

Damp stains investigated, treated and then a freshen up with the correct bathroom paint

Fence post had snapped in the high winds after losing a battle with a flying trampoline

Old fence post removed, fence panels repaired and reinstalled with a fresh new post

Some little jobs done for a return customer this week

-Fill and repaint a wall to takeaway scuff marks and holes from a previous TV wall mount

-remove old sealant and reseal kitchen counter and backsplash

-reattach cupboard door parts

-make best friends with the Goodest of boys
