🤍 It’s time for the fact of the day!! Every weekday at 8pm I will be posting an interesting fact that I’ve seen/read during the day (related to pregnancy, birth & babies of course) 😙Here’s today’s! 💫🤍

🤍 Ending the evening with a positive affirmation 🤍 the journey through pregnancy is a rollercoaster and it’s ok to admit that. I remember feeling up and down from one day to the next. Some days I woke up in awe of my growing bump and the pregnancy changes (especially my beautiful long nails and luscious locks). Other days I woke up in pain from the sciatica and the sore knees and all I saw in the mirror was a fat swollen whale! However, this affirmation really helped me to remember what my body was achieving and what it was about to give me.. 🙌🏻 positive affirmations are one of the key tools used in hypnobirthing to help facilitate a calm and confident birth. Filling our subconscious with positivity throughout pregnancy will make a huge difference to our birth.. 🤍
