Together we journal, meditate and enjoy a sound bath using crystal singing bowls and soothing melodies to relax and reset your mind and body ✨

Bring a blanket, pillow and anything you may need for your own comfort 🙌

During our session as we journal we consider what we would like to let go of and leave behind. This can help us to feel that sense of release as we then drift into our guided meditation 🧘‍♂️ 🧘‍♀️
