Just popping in to say HI from sunny Tenerife...

I posted a video of the hotel the other day but I did forget to mention how best to book to come here...

We found it while we were already in Tenerife so booked direct rather than going through a tour operator...

We got chatting to people who told us how much they'd paid and we couldn't believe it...BOOK DIRECT it's So much cheaper...join the H10 group for a 5% discount for life and check regularly on the hotel website as we also had another 15% summersale discount on our booking...

There is a discount available now until December I believe...Happy holiday booking 💋

Further to today's earlier post I wanted to show how the customers son has threatened my business with getting his followers to put thousands of 1 star reviews to make me either have to change my business name or shut down!!!

And to ask if you could please please go to Google and leave me a review to help counteract any false ones that may come through...I had a 5 star rating which is down to 4.4 because of his 1 star review Could you also possibly report the review as false whilst you are there...

I really really will be grateful and very much appreciate it...💋

You may remember I had an issue whereby someone came to me saying her order hadn't arrived but I'd seen a post in a group to contradict that...

I explained I was aware of the post and what she had stated and told her that I would happily refund if she could show me it hadn't in fact arrived...

I would usually do all the checking on parcels with Royal Mail but this situation was different and I didn't feel I should be put to the time of investigating etc...

No evidence was provided but I've been bombarded with emails from her, saying she would prove it etc and getting quite nasty...

She now says her bank has refunded as I scammed her and it was theft...

And now I'm getting harassed by her son, on Google and Instagram at the moment...

If you see anything anywhere can you please let me know....where and who etc please...

I've told him I will take this slander further as I'm not going to let them try to ruin a good reputation...

After the 2nd holiday disaster Phil and I had earlier this year where the hotel we arrived at was probably the worst I'd ever seen for a 4 star hotel, I wanted to take Taylor to the hotel that we found and had the best time...

Phil and I had 2 days in the awful hotel while trying to get our holiday company to sort something out for us but we'd had enough and eventually checked out and found ourselves somewhere else and had the best last 5 days of the hols in another hotel on their Privilege package being thoroughly spoiled...

Phil is staying at home with Minnie, I mentioned he had started up in business for himself earlier this year after doing driving instructor training, it's going swimmingly and he could work 56 hours a day if there was time😁

Phil's not missing though as we are going again for my birthday in October 😀

An It's So Chic TIP for an easy application of my deluxe decoupage papers...

I'm seeing a few of you are tearing the edges of the papers before applying...

There really isn't any need for it...

Apply the full sheet as per the Easy Application leaflet I send with orders then when the pva glue is fully dry pop a light top coat on and when dry lightly sand down the edges to smooth the transition...blend out and they will hardly be noticeable 💋

What would you do???

I've had a customer tell me that her order hasn't arrived overseas and that the tracking info hasn't been updated. Now I know this happens and I have dealt with it when arisen.

I've also had parcels sent that the tracking info doesn't change but the parcel has been delivered.

Now, this one is different in that 4 days ago I saw a post on a decoupage group from this customer saying her parcel had arrived after 3 weeks postage/ sat at customs, and she wanted help and inspiration on how to use the papers.

I'm sure you are all aware I go above and beyond for my customers and help out every which way I can...but I feel like I'm being taken for a MUG!!! and I'm being called DODGY!!!

Hello all, I do hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather we are having...☀️

I've made a slight adjustment to the UK postage cost on my website...
I currently send out your orders via the TRACKED48 service, which is a 2-3 business day delivery...
I've increased the cost from the current £5.50 to £6.00 and will now be sending on the TRACKED24 service which is a next business day service...

I feel for the extra 50p it is worth getting a quicker service so you get your hands on my lovelies much quicker...😀

I just want to clarify that I do most of my packing in the evening and send you the tracking numbers once the postage has been purchased, but this is before Royal Mail has collected from me hence the tracking info yet to be updated...Royal Mail usually collects from me around 11am the next day and that's when the parcels enter their system....so I'm hoping that using the TRACKED24 will mean they will be delivered the very next business day. 💋

I love being out in my studio in the evenings when its cooled down, it's so relaxing and not at all like work...just wish I didn't have to do the computer work all day long though 😁

I'm not firing on all cylinder but I'm getting there...

We had a fabulous holiday once we moved hotels, now for the fight to get our money back for the first one, but being unwell for the week after has put a damper on it...

I used to get unwell after every return flight from a holiday but it hasn't happened for a long time, I think it was being saved up, cause by gauld I was ill last week...

We think it was tonsillitis, I had a temperature of 39.1 and Phil and Taylor said I had a few delirious episodes...I couldn't even swallow sips of water for a few days so was running on absolutely nothing, I might have lost a few pounds though so some benefits eh 😁

Anyway Thank you for your orders while we were away, and for understanding they would be late arriving, I'm packing all those orders today and tomorrow... there will be a little something extra as a thank you 💋
