Then last night she stepped in the ring for the first time where unfortunately on the night it didn’t go her way!
But what a great performance you showed heart and how tuff you are both mentally and physically.. I’m sooo proud of you and you should be proud of yourself also.

Daisy has made massive improvements in her boxing since we started training for her fight before the pandemic.

Massive well done to my client Harry who has been training with me since July and has lost a incredible 10kg.
Harry has made brilliant progress since the start he has a great attitude to training always works hard even when I push him to his absolute limits.
We have been doing a combination of Boxing, HIIT Training & Resistance Training. As of this week we have just put Harry on a new program where we will be doing mainly weight training for the next few months as we are looking to really tone him up now💪🏻
It’s worth mentioning that when I took Harry on he was suffering with a few injuries he couldn’t squat, Lunge or run and seemed very unsure if he would be able to. However 3 months in and he can squat with weights and is able to run on the treadmill in the warm up. He can also lunge using his body weight.

It can be done with or without a partner.
⏺3 minute round
You will need:
⏺ Boxing bag
⏺ Box
⏺Weight bench
⏺A partner with pads (if you can)
⏺ A 9 year old to film you doing it

Hey guys no posts on here from me for a while. So here is this weekends challenge from SHSF online membership group set by Kev Bush.
PYRAMID CHALLENGE
who’s ready to take it up a level? A pyramid workout is a way of increasing and/or decreasing the intensity of a workout for a given number of rounds. You can do this by either gradually increasing the amount of weight you lift or the number of reps you complete, then you gradually decrease the weight or reps until you are back where you started. This is a great way to add variety, vary intensity and add volume to your training. It's also a great way to develop muscle (by increasing weight) or improve endurance (by increasing reps).
If you’re feeling inspired to push yourself, give this pyramid challenge a go - I promise you will feel AMAZING after! 💪
Add this to your next workout if you’re ready to go a little harder. It requires ZERO equipment so you can do it anytime, anywhere to really step up your training.
✅ Push-Up
✅ Plank Jack
✅ Burpee
👉Do 5 laps increasing your reps by 1 each lap.
👉Do 4 more laps, decreasing by 1 rep each lap
Try adding this after your next training session no matter where you are - at home, outside, or in the gym!
