8 stone 5lbs at my heaviest and I am now down to 15 stone 10lbs. I would not think twice about eating a large Domino's pizza, chicken nuggets and 2lt Coke all to myself. I felt terrible and it was time to make a change. I now enjoy nutritious foods. I have incorporated exercise into my life and feel and look much healthier. I want to help other people achieve this lifestyle change too. It isn't about meal replacement smoothies, juice drinks, no carb diets and tiny meals. It is about making smart decisions and small changes to your daily routine by eating unprocessed food and exercising 2-3 times per week. I am a very friendly and approachable person. I know what it feels like when you don't know what exercises to do or what to eat and when. I was there myself. I lost one stone two pounds in the first month and this inspired me to become a Personal Trainer and help other people achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. Now I run Bath's most successful Kettlebell bootcamp and a ladies only bootcamp. I teach Spin classes and HIIT training at Bath YMCA and coach Personal Training clients.
