With space for up to 10 people in each 1.5 hour private session, this is the perfect way to celebrate your shared fitness achievements and create lasting memories! 🚴‍♀️🧘🏽 🏋️ 🏃

Looking for a change to your typical weekend plans? Our tranquil forest spa and wood-fired sauna offers you a fun, mindful and affordable way to socialise with friends and family. Our community sessions are priced at just £17 per person and private sauna bookings for groups of up to 10 people, with our dreamy wood fired hot tub, are priced at £110 for 1.5 hours.

Our sauna is open to those aged 12 and over. For anyone under 18, we just ask that you come with an adult to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

Really lovely afternoon community session. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, a hot sauna with a couple of cold plunges and a tent to hang out in if it’s wet. Didn’t try the hot tub but will be back to try it next time!

Our woodland retreat offers you the perfect sanctuary to prioritise your health and wellbeing as well as a space in which to unwind and set intentions for the colder months ahead.

Hidden away amongst the trees, our forest spa at has a wood fired mobile barrel sauna, two cold plunges, a cold water bucket drop, outdoor cold water shower and a cedar wood fired hot tub. You’ll find a changing area inside of a Bell Tent…in the colder months the tent is heated with a wood burner.

We recommend bringing two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off with) a pair of flip flops, crocs or sliders, we insist on swimwear (!) and suggest bringing some cosy, easy to put on clothes to change into afterwards.

Please bring your own water to drink to stay well hydrated. 💦
